Sheila Stocks-Smith has dedicated her entire career to working with others to impact positive social change. She has over forty years of experience in nonprofit and public sector leadership and management, public policy, advocacy and politics. Through this work, Sheila has developed a broad professional and community network and a deep knowledge of organizational/institutional systems, social policy and public service. With UAct, Sheila is directing her passion and expertise toward the promotion and support of community and economic development in Springfield’s urban core.
